A narrow cylinder is a hard brief
A bottle is narrower than a tumbler and taller than almost anything else here. Both make the design problem sharper.
Tall, slim, and unforgiving of wide art
The usable band on a bottle body is the slimmest in this tool relative to its height. A horizontal wordmark has to shrink to that width and ends up tiny; the designs that work are vertical — stacked type, a slim badge, or a mark rotated to run up the body.
The preview is flat, the bottle is round
This tool composites onto a flat panel, not a true cylindrical wrap. A bottle has a smaller diameter than a tumbler, so more of a wrap disappears around the sides — meaning the gap between what the mockup shows and what a customer sees in the hand is wider here than on any other product.
Coating decides the process, and washing tests it
Sublimation needs a powder-coated or polymer surface to bond to, which is why the coloured and matte bottles take full-colour art and bare steel usually gets laser engraving or UV print instead. Bottles also get washed constantly — ask your supplier about dishwasher durability before you promise it in a listing.

Is the water bottle mockup generator free?
Yes — a 1200px PNG per finish plus a .zip of all six, no watermark, no account, no email step. The optional HD unlock is a one-time payment for 2048px exports.
What artwork shape fits a water bottle?
Tall and narrow — more so than a tumbler. The usable band is the slimmest here relative to its height, so vertical lockups, stacked type and marks rotated to run up the body work, and wide horizontal logos end up too small to read.
Does this show a true wrap-around print?
No. The design is composited onto a flat front panel rather than wrapped round a cylinder. Because a bottle is narrower than a tumbler, more of a real wrap curves out of sight — so treat this as a front view, not a full-wrap proof.
Can I print full colour on a stainless bottle?
On a coated one, yes. Sublimation needs a powder-coated or polymer surface to bond to, which the coloured and matte finishes have. Bare brushed steel doesn't take the dye, so it's usually laser-engraved or UV-printed — normally single colour, with the metal showing.
Can I use these bottle mockups commercially?
